In an on-going relationship with our Canadian Customer, Telegence Corporation has deployed a 1-900 Call Reporting module, to augment the Dynamic Processing System currently in operation there.

As part of this project, the core filtering and formatting modules were upgraded to provide enhanced flexibility and ease-of-use. The new module allows for retention of key data elements pertaining to the 1-900 calls made from their customer base, and provides for both ad-hoc and scheduled reporting of such activity.
